Call To Action: Demand That The 118th Congress Temporarily Release All J6 Inmates On Prejudice Concerns Pending New Congressional Investigations

CALL TO ACTION:

DEMAND THAT THE 118TH CONGRESS TEMPORARILY RELEASE ALL J6 INMATES ON PREJUDICIAL CONGRESS PENDING CONGRESSIONAL INVESTIGATION.

Studio-BG (1)

ARTICLE 4, SECTION 3 OF THE CONSTITUTION

“The Congress shall have Power to dispose of and make all needful Rules and Regulations respecting the Territory or other Property belonging to the United States; and nothing in this Constitution shall be so construed as to Prejudice any Claims of the United States, or of any particular State.”

penjara-2-1024x1024-1

CALL YOUR REPRESENTATIVES OFFICE AND TELL THEM TO TAKE THEIR CONSTITUTIONALLY AFFORDED AUTHORITY OVER ALL J6 CASES AND RELEASE ALL J6 INMATES TEMPORARILY PENDING COMING INVESTIGATIONS INTO THE ACTIONS OF GARLAND, WRAY, AND THE SELECT J6 COMMITTEE.

The constitution Article 4, Section 3 guarantees Congress exclusive jurisdiction over the jails in DC. (Overflow and Capacity of these jails did not change the jurisdiction of these cases, only where the inmates have been housed, we have been fighting tooth and nail for venue changes, so they cannot claim now that the jurisdiction does not belong to Congress.) Use the guide below to call your reps and tell them you, their constituents are demanding the temporary release of all J6 prisoners pending a new investigation into the misconduct of governing bodies concerning the framing and lack of transparency with the American public.

Be firm, but kind, and remain VERY professional. Do not EVER get aggressive with anyone you meet on these phone calls.

YOU: Thank you, please let them know that as their constituent I am demanding that (he/she) introduce a measure to take Congressional authority over all January 6th cases, as afforded in the constitution, and force the temporary release of all January 6th protestors in custody until a proper investigation into the actions of all involved parties on January 6th can be completed by the 118th Congress.

YOU: My reasons for this are:

Federal Prosecutorial Misconduct concerning violating Brady Rights of the Defendants
Federal Prosecutorial Misconduct concerning Witness Tampering and Evidence Tampering in J6 cases
The influence of DC Based Corporate Left Wing media’s monopoly on the Jury pools of DC.
The mistreatment and denial of basic human rights within the DC jails, as supported by Federal Marshall’s investigations into many of the jails used to house J6ers.
The FBI’s admitted presence and use of informants against popular political and apolitical groups for undisclosed periods of time long before the events of January 6th.
Denial of J6 Defendants 6th Amendment Rights to a Speedy Trial
Denial of Attorney-Client privileges inside the DC jails.

YOU: I want my congressman to know I am deeply concerned and wish to see laws PROTECTING citizens from the full force of the DOJ MUST be considered and enacted by Republicans in Congress on behalf of ALL Americans.

YOU: J6 inmates and defendants are still the constituents of these Congress members and Congress owes it to their electoral bodies to investigate Federal Misconduct into the treatment of American Citizens.

YOU: I want to remind my (insert the title of the person you are calling) that these defendants by and large have not gone to trial yet, two years later, and many have been forced to take a plea deal in part due to the negligence of congress and the actions of this (senators/congressman)’s office will determine my support in the next election. If they refuse to help these defendants, I will be sending my money and all my support to any challenger willing to unseat the Senator/Congressman, respectfully.

REMAIN POLITE, THESE STAFFERS ARE JUST DOING THEIR JOBS.

If you have a genuinely pleasant experience, get their name and any other important PUBLIC info they would like to share and send us feedback.

If you have a terrible experience, try to politely and professionally ask for their name and document that experience too. We may have to call back some offices a second time and see if someone else answering the phones is willing to be more helpful.
