And Justice for J6: An Update on Fundraisers for Civil Rights Abuse Victims

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

“The individuals who were inspired and operate in service of January 6th defendants by creating Justice For All, should be recognized for their work as patriotic philanthropists.  We are in ongoing discussions regarding the manner of disbursement of the net proceeds to support the needs and interests of defendants and their families.  I am extremely confident January 6th defendants’ interests are first and foremost concerns on the hearts of everyone involved.  Currently, no monies have been received and are not expected to arrive until this Summer, due to the nature of the way the music industry payment timelines work today.

“Justice for All” is a charity art piece created by the team fro former US President Donald J Trump in collaboration with the J6 Prison Choir, a choir of roughly 20 incarcerate imprisoned for the DOJ’s heavy-handed selective prosecution of the individuals present on January 6th. The profits from the song were reported to be dedicated to the legal aid of people incarcerated in tandem with the case. The song was produced by an unidentified recording artist

The Justice for All project was reportedly organized by conservative commentator and former Fox News host Ed Henry. Ed has stated that the royalties are to be donated to J6 family members.

Henry has stated, the recipients will be vetted to ensure funds only flow to families of people who did not assault law enforcement officers during the attack. However, given the incredible amounts of misinformation and smear campaigns run against many J6 defendants, it remains unclear how that investigation will take place.
