After the revelation that Jacob Chansley was escorted around the Capitol by police during January 6th, and countless videos of police misconduct – today the big moment FBI Agent Nicole Miller was hoping for after her two-year project to bury the Proud Boys, found itself backfiring in her very sour smile and angular face.

Agent Miller had intercepted strategy notes between Defendant Zachary Rehl and his former Defense Attorney, Johnathan Moseley… and clearly intended to continue violating Client-Attorney privileges to aid the Prosecution before trial.
In a thread between Agent Miller and another Lead on the Proud Boys ‘Sedition’ case, one message to Miller read:
“Found an email thread with REHL and his attorney MOSELEY. The Attorney raised some interesting points… I need to find other emails, but this one email def indicates that they want to go to trial. But don’t freak out Jason and Luke yet.”
“Jason”, refers to Jason McCullough, lead DOJ Prosecutor on the Proud Boys case.
It’s not the first time Agent Miller has been caught putting her foot in her mouth, she also sat with AUSA Erik Kenerson during the interrogation of Jeremy Bertino, who testified on the stand to having access to exactly ZERO plans for January 6th, and that there was no ‘goal’ of any alleged conspiracy and LIED to him about the 1776 documents made and pushed for by Ms. Flores, to secure a plea deal with Bertino against his brothers.
Agent Miller sat through direct with her two-year Project Partner, Erik Kenerson, to play for the jury a plethora of highly edited videos demonstrating that Proud Boys and some of their ‘normie’ non-membership friends had the audacity to be at the capitol on January 6th, and walk to their capitol, with the intent of marching BACK to the Washington monument after helping documentarian Nick Quested, (who seems to have some very cozy and suspicious ties to Sedition Hunters Networks) secure some footage of their standard marches for his upcoming documentary. Much of Quested’s footage found it’s way into the hands of the DOJ rather quickly and getting him to testify against the club whether in Congress or on the witness stand, didn’t seem to take much convincing.
Peter Strzok knowingly used falsified information to secure a conviction of General Flynn. It backfired, but despite being fired from the FBI, he’s made many appearances since in the mainstream media.
It seems to be a culture in the FBI to craft false narratives to T-up an easy false conviction. This evidence is consistent with the story from whistleblowers who have outlined a toxic culture in the FBI of frame-jobs and trumped-up charges.
Even her Boss, Jocelyn Ballantine is the same woman who handed Sidney Powell the ALTERED evidence from Peter Strzok that eventually exonerated Mike Flynn.
History has a way of repeating itself, and the American public is becoming more aware of the thread by which their rights are hanging on a daily basis.
Nicole Miller, Erik Kenerson, and Jason McCullough should seriously consider the consequences of their actions and misconduct in this case if they would ever like to find gainful employment in the USA after this evidence of prejudice has been exposed.
