Condemned USA is a legal advocacy dedicated to defending constitutional rights and ensuring fair treatment for those facing political persecution.
Founded in response to the events of January 6th, Condemned USA provides legal support, public advocacy, and educational resources for individuals and families affected by government overreach and judicial bias. Our mission is to uphold the principles of justice and due process while exposing the truth behind politically motivated prosecutions.
At Condemned USA, we stand with those who have been unjustly condemned by a weaponized legal system. Through comprehensive legal representation, grassroots advocacy, and community support, we fight for the rights of every American to receive a fair trial and proper legal defense. ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Treniss Evans is the founder of Condemned USA. He was a defendant of his own prejudicial prosecution from the Department of Justice following the events of January 6th. His organization has been diligently combating the DOJ inside the courts since 2021 and have spoken to roughly 400+ January 6th defendants. Condemned USA has provided necessary financial and investigative aid to countless defendants since the birth of Condemned USA and continues to fight daily for Americans who have had their rights stripped by the Department of Justice.
WHO IS TRENISS EVANS?
ON JANUARY 6TH, 2021, hundreds of thousands of Americans entered their nation’s capital city, expecting a day of rally going in support of their chosen presidential candidate, and to protest the now well-documented violations of protocols across the nation committed during the 2020 Presidential Election. For these Americans, life as they knew it would be forever turned upside down in just a few short hours.
Treniss Evans was one of those Americans.
Prior starting a legal advocacy, Treniss Evans was a Texas native who lived as a father, husband, and a businessman. He believed in his nation as a free and fair place to live… until a weaponized FBI raided his home, humiliated and terrified his family, who was never present on January 6th, and put his own children out on his porch at gunpoint. The deliberate overreaction of government forces against him, a private citizen of the United States of America, would change his life forever.
Evans has now dedicated his life to the rectification of these wrongs perpetrated against our American citizens, whom are now being held hostage by a DOJ that holds itself to no ethical standards, and has time and time again been permitted to lie and cheat against the people of the United States in pursuit of totalitarian goals.

The Treniss Evans "J6" Timeline
On the night of January 5th, Treniss was dining in a busy restaurant when a man stood and began calling for ‘Revolution’ to the patrons of the restaurant. Treniss went to the man to end the rabble-rousing. As he returned to his table, a man approached and asked him to sit with him, “Hey Patriot, sit with us for a minute.” The stranger claimed to have three busloads of men and asked Treniss for his ‘help’, for what Treniss was never able to learn. “We need leaders like you tomorrow!” Another strange man and bad faith actor would approach him later as well , a plumber and gunsmith per his business card, and offered Treniss to communicate with him should Treniss need any guns built, all of which took Treniss by surprise and put him off about these unwelcome offerings.
“This all seemed very strange to me, and I took no interest in the offers given, but knowing what would transpire the next day, these moments are burned into my memory.”
This would not be the first time an FBI operative had tried to engage in ‘entrapment’ and there were so many FBI informants on capitol grounds that day that the FBI itself can’t even track just how many.
Inside the capitol, Treniss Evans peacefully lead the pledge of allegiance, sang the national anthem, asked protestors not to cause harm or damage to the capitol, and did so all on a video of his own making – video that is available to the public. Around 4PM, Treniss then read the tweets from President Trump asking all demonstrators to go home. The clip of this footage would be intentionally misused to paint Treniss, other protestors, and Trump in a bad light. Condemned USA would be sure to preserve the records of this official evidence tampering.
On March 4th of 2021, Treniss and his family had their home raided by the FBI. His 13-year-old son was held at gunpoint on his front porch. The aggressive smear campaign of the mainstream media and fabrications of police casualties gave the FBI all the justification they needed to engage in these intimidation tactics – a nightmare that was very new to Treniss Evans. He’d bee intentionally and heinously raided by the ‘Domestic Terrorism Task Force’ and RING doorbell video shows the entire incident as it unfolded. Peaceful everyday Americans raided by snipers and cops clad in body armor to arrest a man whose biggest ‘crime’ was entering his own capitol grounds through a window. A waste of taxpayer dollars for a man who would have turned himself in.
He would go on to work with, and fire, no less than 4 attorneys who told him to sit down, not speak up, and settle with the Federal government in whatever way he could.
But that didn’t sit well with Treniss, and he refused to be silenced by a government that already shown their commitment to ruining his life, if he’d let them.
He continued to pour his own time and money in solo research of his own case, and by proxy, began to look deeper into the cases of others. From this research, a new idea was born.
